Open the room's privacy settings
Go to Rooms, click the room, open the Settings tab and find Privacy.

Choose what to hide
Tick Show meeting titles as "Busy" to replace every meeting's name with 'Busy'. Tick Hide meeting organiser names to remove the name of the person who booked it.

Save
Click Save changes. Every screen attached to the room updates within 5 minutes.
What happens next
The screens still show whether the room is free or in use. Only the text you hide is replaced.
Tips
- Privacy is set per room, so a boardroom can hide titles while project rooms show them.
