Choose the screen design for a room
Pick the Simple layout or the Context aware design that changes with the room's status.

Open the room's settings
Go to Rooms, click the room and open the Settings tab. Find Screen design.

Pick a design
Simple (classic) keeps one clean layout at all times. Context aware reads at a glance from across the office: when the next meeting starts within 30 minutes, the Available box turns solid black, and while the room is in use the whole screen inverts.

Save
Click Save changes. Attached screens switch design on their next refresh.
Tips
- On Free and Unlimited, one room can use the Context aware design. On Pro, every room can.
- Pro templates can set your own colours for each state.
If something goes wrong
'Another room is already using the context-aware design.'
Your plan includes it on one room. Switch the other room back to Simple, or upgrade to Pro to use it everywhere.
