Connect again
Lobby asks you to connect a calendar again. Choose the same provider with a different account, or the other provider.
What happens next
After reconnecting, reactivate your screens from the Screens page.
Tips
- Each organisation uses one provider at a time. To move from Google to Microsoft 365 or back, disconnect first, then connect the other one.
- If you switch provider, check each room's calendar address on its Settings tab, because the old addresses belong to the old provider.
- Just need to fix an expired connection? You don't need to disconnect. Use the reconnect prompt Lobby shows, or connect again from the provider's card in Settings.
